i use process lasso pro (purchased a few mos. ago) & used the regular version for a long time prior to that. i run winvista sp2 on a dell duo-core computer & process lasso pro does a good job for me without problems. i have ran almost every version of process lasso since i began using it (alphas, betas, etc.) without problems & the program has helped me have a much more pleasant computer experience. my experience has been that process lasso does what it says it will do, nothing more or less, without creating problems & i couldn't ask for more than that. keep up the good work--kudos!!

the photo above is not christv lite. the lite version doesn't have a control panel. settings are made from a context menu (right click) on the screen. after testing christv pvr i was quite surprised at the extent to which the lite version has been crippled. i believe the lite version of this program is intended only as a "come on" for you to buy one of the pay versions since it has been so extensively stripped of features.feature wise, the km player and pvr are in the same ball park except for the cost. the downside is the km player doesn't have a tv setup wizard so it *will* take more effort to configure properly, but you *will* save euro.addendum: i forgot to mention keyboard shortcuts are available for the common functions in addition to the context menu, but changing channels using the keyboard is frustrating. active channels are placed consecutively in a list starting with number 1 and that is the number you enter, not the tv channel number. since not all channels are active, the numbers won't agree. to watch channel 95 i have to type in 57. (i believe this is true of all christv versions.)addendum 2: even after declining to install the relevant knowledge spyware, immediately after installation the rkverify.exe process was running in memory. after rebooting and restarting christv, the process was gone and the file could not located on the computer. i did, however, find it inside of the christv installation file in the rk folder. i seriously question why this file was running, if only one time, since rk was declined during installation. this would explain why some people are getting av alerts when installing christv lite.one final complaint: a "nag" line is annoyingly displayed across the top of the screen each time the program is started and remains there until the channel is changed.my rating of christv lite is 0 stars.

this client continues to be my favoured mail client on windows. i only wish there was as good a client on linux. light as a feather - after running for hours it's using just over 15mb of ram. thunderbird is up to 91mb after less than five minutes. yesterday i wanted to set up an automatic reply filter. a two-minute job with becky. thunderbird? forget it. i'm sure there's a way if you just install the right plugin. if you can find it. and if you trust third-party developers embedded in your mail software. no doubt the tb fanboys will protest; like the comodo and ubuntu fanboys they get very uptight when you criticise their toys.never mind. carry on using tb. i hear you can even download colourful themes for it!leave becky to those who understand its elegance and hidden treasures.worth every last euro i spent on it, and i'd do it again in a heartbeat.

they work i guess, but it's all kind of redundant. i will hopefully be removing my x-fi card soon, ebaying it, and getting an asus or m-audio to replace it. creative taught a great lesson in how to piss off your consumer base.

what does it do??? nothing!!!??why do i use it ? i have no i idea ,i must admit, the hardware configuring part is sorta wacky, but ive notices a more than slight smoothness in game from this program.it does change the some of the only few of registry gaming tweaks ,wich ive tried changing manualy without the same results . such as win32priorityseparation and it gives a value ive never heard of ... i thought (26) hexa was the only also does the disable paging exucative setting 1but a good part that, it is a windows explorer shell when launching game and disables some processes cutting down the background explorer recources.ok thats it ..how the hell did i get almost to the end of this game already? i thought this was pc gaming not console gaming.... game accelerator is fake... or is it?

this is still the best media browser out there. i use this as a portable application, there is no need to install this into your program files. you can simply point this app to your usb stick portable apps folder on install and it will work on any computer you take your usb stick to.this beats infranview and xnview hands down.considering the age of this application i am surprised it is not better known.as for it being no longer updated or having further development, it does not need it. it is perfect as it is.
